I had a lovely stay, with a mix of pros and cons. The hotel's clean and spacious rooms, along with the friendly service, made my visit enjoyable. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and attractions, although some dining rules could be clearer. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk team, especially Mr. Nasser Al Balushi, made me feel incredibly welcome with their smiles and jokes. The dining experience during my visit was excellent, with great atmosphere thanks to the ICC cricket tournament. However, I must say that the packed meals I received during my quarantine were quite disappointing in terms of taste. Overall, this hotel provides great value for both location and service.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the pool area was well-kept as well. While the service was excellent overall, I found the pillows to be a little too firm for my liking.
